It's easy to become overwhelmed by the constant flow of information that circulates through media, academia, friends, neighbours...etc. Much of it is shocking, disturbing or confusing and begs for change. But, what do you do with all of it? Our mission is to provide the tools and confidence required to address social issues in a manner that reflects each of our politics and ethics. Furthermore, we believe that active citizenship is a responsibility, not a right. Every individual can contribute when they have the appropriate means and avenues. These workshops are meant to do just that: to provide students with tools to identify passions, strengths and community connections.
